Q. In what way are you different from other retailers on the web?
A. The main difference is that we are not a retailer, but an alliance of wholesalers and manufacturers based in the center of the diamond market. The jewelry we sell comes to you straight from the source without any intermediaries or middelmen.
Q. What is special or different about your Jewelry?
A. There are several important differences about our Jewelry and the service and guarantees behind it:
1. We do not sell cheap imports made in Asia or "made for the Web" merchandise. All our products are proudly made in the U.S.A. and our diamonds are hand set by master craftsmen. We offer a lifetime warranty against defective products that is nowhere to be found online.
2. A very important difference is our Independent Certification and Appraisal. Most jewelry websites offer their own appraisal and grading (or none at all)! We use the Gemological Laboratory of America (GAL), and independent laboratory established in New York's Diamond District since 1972.
3.Another difference is that we guarantee our weights, we can do this because we are the manufacturers. Please note on our Earrings and Pendants Collections how we have many more weights listed than other sites. You pay for the exact weight only!

Q. You mention that you are based in New York, why is that important?
A. Since the 1940’s New York has been the entry point of over 80% of the diamonds sold in the U.S. Most large wholesalers are established in the Diamond District and here you can find the largest selection of sizes and qualities.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. Some members of the group have been in business for over forty years. The products on our website have been available through fine independent jewelry stores for over thirty years, and since 2005 we have opened our own Ecommerce outlet to serve the public directly.
Q. Where do your Diamonds come from?
A. In addition to our New York headquarters, we maintain buying offices in all major Diamond Cutting centers in the world: Bombay, Antwerp and Tel Aviv, Hong Kong and Johannesburg.
Q. What about “conflict” diamonds?
A. We do not sell conflict diamonds and all our purchases and sales are conforming to the U.N Resolution of 2005 known as the “Kimberley Process”.
Q. I have seen other sites advertising savings of 50%, 60% and even 70% , your prices reflect a savings of about 40 %, why is that?

Q. How simple is the process to return your products if I am not satisfied?
A. You may return your studs within 30 days through a very simple 2 – step process; you will receive your refund within five business days of returning our item.

A. We offer you the highest possible security available though encryption technology.
Q. How about my privacy? Do you share or sell your customer list?
A. We will never sell or rent your name to anyone.
